Representative projects
Previous publications and funded grants include the following.
The computational and quantitative analysis team has been working with reproductive and oropharyngeal teams to study vaginal biofilms with a focus on biofilm formation deficient mutants. The computational team is performing bioinformatic analysis of these mutants and using in silico methods to predict biofilm genes.
