Center for Microbiome Engineering and Data Analysis

The cMEDA is an interdisciplinary research endeavor that brings together computational, biological, biomedical, and wet lab scientists to study human and environmental microbiomes, and analyze and interpret microbiome data. The center encourages cross-disciplinary collaboration through funding and support for established researchers and mentorship to help early stage investigators succeed in the field.
